209840 - Spokane St Widening

This project provides for the widening of South Spokane Street viaduct and the rehabilitation of the existing structure.  A new ramp to and from 1^st Avenue South will be constructed as part of the contract.  An existing ramp at 4^th Ave south will be demolished.

The work in general consists of demolition and removal of access ramps and other portions of the existing viaduct.   Miscellaneous pipe and utility structures will need to be removed while some drainage and other utilities are being relocated. The project area is from 6^th Ave South to East Marginal Way South along South Spokane Street.
