209842 - East Marginal Way Grade Separation

The East Marginal Way project is to provide the construction of a new vehicular overpass structure (to separate vehicular traffic from rail traffic) located south of S. Spokane Street, west of the Alaskan way Viaduct (SR99), and east of the Duwamish Waterway.  The project also includes minor improvements of the existing street connections.  KLB’s contract consists of approximately 35,000SF of MSE Wall construction, removal of existing pavement/sidewalk structures, grading, drainage installation.
