Culverts & Buried Structures

Humans, fish, or animals – we construct culverts and buried structures to get them from here to there.

Why We’re Different

Our family-oriented and supportive work environment leads to crews that are integrated, well-organized, and close collaborators. Visit one of our jobsites and you’ll see a cohesive team in action—one that embraces technology, prioritizes safety, shares resources between departments, and holds one another accountable.

Safety

We Watch Out for Each Other

We never have, and never will compromise on the well-being of our employees, our jobsites, or our surrounding communities. Nothing is more important than the safety of our valued crew, and our close personal relationships drive our strong safety culture.

We use advanced techniques in communication, training, and technology to build and inspire a tight-knit team who are responsible for the safety of themselves, their co-workers and the traveling public.

Our safety incentive program culminates each year with the KLB Annual Safety Awards Meeting. This motivational event provides generous incentive awards and presentations to empower and inspire responsibility, teamwork, leadership, and pride in creating an injury-free workplace.
